Step 1: Prepare Your Excel File
Start by organizing your initiatives in an Excel file following this structure:
⚠️ Do not rename the column headers. Altering them may break the dashboard functionality.

Required Columns:
- Title – Unique title or ID for each improvement initiative.
- Current State Description – Description of the current situation or issue.
- Future State Description – The envisioned outcome or goal.
- Owner – Person or team responsible for the initiative.
- Department / Team – Associated organizational unit.
- Start Date – When the initiative begins.
- Target Completion Date – The planned finish date.
- Actual Completion Date – When the initiative is actually completed (if applicable).
- Status – Initiative progress (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed).
- Type of Opportunities – Category like Process Automation, AI, etc.
- Type of Benefits – Outcome focus such as Cost Saving, Customer Satisfaction.
- Estimated Benefits – Numerical value of projected impact.
- Estimated Benefits Units – Units (e.g., NPS, €, FTE).
- Comments / Next Steps – Notes for updates or actions.
