Step 1: Prepare Your Excel File

Start by organizing your initiatives in an Excel file following this structure:

⚠️ Do not rename the column headers. Altering them may break the dashboard functionality.

Required Columns:

  1. Title – Unique title or ID for each improvement initiative.
  2. Current State Description – Description of the current situation or issue.
  3. Future State Description – The envisioned outcome or goal.
  4. Owner – Person or team responsible for the initiative.
  5. Department / Team – Associated organizational unit.
  6. Start Date – When the initiative begins.
  7. Target Completion Date – The planned finish date.
  8. Actual Completion Date – When the initiative is actually completed (if applicable).
  9. Status – Initiative progress (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed).
  10. Type of Opportunities – Category like Process Automation, AI, etc.
  11. Type of Benefits – Outcome focus such as Cost Saving, Customer Satisfaction.
  12. Estimated Benefits – Numerical value of projected impact.
  13. Estimated Benefits Units – Units (e.g., NPS, €, FTE).
  14. Comments / Next Steps – Notes for updates or actions.
